Scope of our services
- Detailed examination of the balance sheet and income statement
- Assessing assets and liabilities from a financial perspective
- Examining trade receivables and payables
- Assessing bank loans and other financial obligations
- Examining working capital and cash flow position
- Assessing tax obligations and related risk areas
- Examining inventory and fixed asset records
- Identifying significant changes and inconsistencies in the financial statements
- Assessing the extent to which accounting records reflect the current financial position
- Preparing a financial position report with findings and assessments
Scope note: The scope of the financial position analysis is determined taking into account the purpose of the work and the information and documents available. Work requiring valuation, independent audit or special assurance is assessed separately under the relevant legislation and authorisation conditions.
Explanation of the service boundary: The review, analysis and assessment work described in this section is carried out within the professional activities under Law No. 3568. Independent audit services requiring authorisation under Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the relevant legislation are outside the scope of this work.
